French high roller Rui Cao, known for his multi-million-dollar wins in online cash games and at Triton Poker tournaments, shared a story from his career on X.
He once won $14 million off a friend in a single night, but took pity on him and, instead of the money, asked him to buy his wife a handbag. The friend didn't skimp and gifted her an exclusive Hermès Himalaya. The price of that model ranges from $100,000 to $450,000.
