Shi Wong became the winner of the final event of the 2026 World Series of Poker — Event #100: $1000 Super Turbo No-Limit Hold'em. The tournament drew 1,699 entries, forming a prize pool of $1,495,120. The victory earned Wong his first WSOP bracelet and the top prize of $216,286.
The final stage played out with an average stack of around ten big blinds. In heads-up, Wong defeated Japan's Ryuta Nakai.
Third place went to Dmitry Urbanovich with a payout of $104,032. Earlier this summer, Urbanovich had already won a bracelet in the $10,000 8-Game Mixed Championship, becoming a two-time winner of the series.
Shi Wong got serious about poker in 2013 and has dedicated the last two years to tournament play. His immediate plans are rest and the Asian series.
