Casino croupiers will soon be extinct

Popular blogger Jacob Orth posted a video featuring a dealer robot, sparking a discussion on social media:

🟣Against robots:

"There will always be a market for live dealers. For some people, it's a necessary social pastime"

"All play on the main casino floors will eventually move to touchscreen betting terminals. Lower staffing costs. No miscounts. No need to buy cards or chips. Live dealers with real cards and chips will only remain in VIP areas. It's inevitable"

.

🟣For robots:

"At least I won't have to hear it lecture me about the size of my tip"

"Honestly, this is probably even better, because everyone around always thinks the dealer is cheating with sleight of hand"

The machine uprising in Vegas is hereby declared open!
