Darya Kurt: "I don't think anything will come of Aurora's appointment to the GG security team"

Russian poker player Darya "Darya Kurt" Krashennikova gave a long interview to GipsyTeam. Among other things, she shared her pessimistic expectations regarding the appointment of Alexey "Avrora" Borovkov to the security department of PokerOK.
"I sincerely believe that Avrora wants to change something, but I think nothing will come of it, unfortunately. Plus, all the room's screw-ups will be pinned on him.
In the podcast he said that unblocking will begin soon, but it will be long, expensive and painful. So completely innocent people get blocked in batches, they exchange messages for six months, their bankroll is frozen, and on top of that they have to travel to another country, record their play with three cameras, and all at their own expense? Why play on this site at all? What's the point of agreeing to these terms — are there no other rooms?"
In addition, Darya explained why she doesn't play on GG herself:
"I don't like huge fields and fast structures. I try to reduce variance as much as possible, so that's not for me. At the pre-final table the average stack is 15 big blinds, everyone survives as best they can. And you're playing tournaments with 5,000 entries. How often will you get deep runs in fields like that? And if everyone's stacks are in push/fold range on top of that, the whole thing turns into a lottery. Sitting and praying to win a coinflip — not really my thing."
