Bryn Kenney sues GGPoker
One of the most successful and controversial high rollers in poker history, Bryn Kenney, has filed a lawsuit against GGPoker's parent company, NSUS Group. The player accused the room's management of fraud and breach of contractual obligations. The suit, filed in Nevada federal court, centers on 2018 agreements made when Kenney became a brand ambassador.

According to Bryn's statement, NSUS CEO Mansu Kim promised him a stake in the business — 5% — plus fixed commissions for the high rollers he brought in. However, those obligations were never fulfilled. Kenney stresses that the owners ignored his rights even when they purchased the WSOP brand for $500 million in 2024.

In addition, Bryn Kenney alleges financial manipulation inside the poker room. After receiving $5 million in commissions in 2019, he found that management had begun secretly removing players from his referral network, cutting his percentage rates, and poaching his agents to bring them under the company's direct control. By the poker player's estimate, these actions caused his annual income to drop by more than $3,000,000.

Kenney also accused Kim of lying about the security system. According to him, cheating was rampant in the room, and management later tried to pin the blame on Bryn himself.
