Player scooped three top Mystery Bounties and a championship title
Aaron Pinson pulled the three biggest cash bounties in the $2,200 Big, Big Borgata Mystery Bounty. Over the course of the final day, the American switched on some abnormal luck mode, taking the lion's share of the prize pool.
A total of $250,000 was allocated to the bounty prize pool, with the top awards being two envelopes of $50,000 each and one for $25,000.
After knocking out his first opponent, Aaron immediately drew the first $50,000 at odds of 1 in 12. Later in the evening he cleared out another part of the field, added a $10,000 envelope and several small bounties, and then pulled the second top prize of $50,000.
Pinson entered the final heads-up with an even stack against seasoned pro Matt Glantz — the man who in 2022 landed the historic $1,000,000 bounty at the WSOP. The players immediately struck a deal on the prize money, locking in $44,825 each. The trophy and the right to take the better of the two remaining envelopes were decided by a coin flip. Pinson won that flip, took the trophy, and drew the last envelope for $25,000.
In total, in a single day Aaron Pinson pocketed $199,825, of which $155,000 came purely from bounties.
