ACR Poker is investigating a player's RTA use

A couple of days ago, the account TrenirusGTO posted a video on X promoting its technology. In the video, a player with a hidden nickname uses a real-time solver overlay (RTA) while playing on ACR Poker.
The clip caught the attention of a user going by "firenkes", who wrote: "This is using a solver right in the middle of a hand against real people... If the rooms aren't tracking and blocking this — it's just legalized cheating". The post racked up more than 187 thousand views.
ACR Poker responded with a detailed statement and confirmed that it is conducting an investigation to identify the player and his account. In addition, the site is checking whether any additional accounts or players were involved in the use of RTA.
ACR CEO Phil Nagy stressed:
"RTA is 100% a problem for the poker industry. We ban players caught using tools like this. Our site is the last place you'd want to use RTA. We will figure out who this player is and ban him for life".
British pro and coach Patrick Leonard called the situation frightening:
The TrenirusGTO account, for its part, replied to Moneymaker's cheating accusations by saying that RTA can improve a beginner's game far faster than "boring charts and theory".
Later, Trenirus reported that ACR had banned their player and confiscated a large sum of money from him, which he had supposedly earned without solver prompts. The developers also complained:
"It's insane that everyone acts like we're some kind of criminals. What about GTO Wizard? Some of their users do things far worse than what was in our tiny video... But our shit is much better and cooler!"

"It's scary, but what's even scarier is that this is less than 1% of the truly frightening RTA news that regs have been talking about all this past week".ACR ambassador Chris Moneymaker responded directly to TrenirusGTO's post, writing:
"This shit doesn't make your game better. It's blatant cheating, and everyone who gets caught doing it will lose their money".Matt Berkey, meanwhile, pointed out that the development of artificial intelligence is making it easier to create RTA tools. According to the American reg, the only remaining question is the accuracy of the solver's prompts.
