Jamie Dwan wrecked a deal at the WSOP Online final table
Jamie Dwan became the main antihero of the $525 WSOP Online tournament, single-handedly blocking a deal to chop the prize money at the final table.
The story might have gone unnoticed if Dwan hadn't posted a video on X himself, where he trolled his opponents by deliberately stalling before hitting the decline button. Jamie explained his decision by saying it was the middle of the night in Europe and his opponents were very tired, while he was in Canada and planned to use that advantage.
Karma didn't take long to arrive. Dwan quickly lost his stack and busted in 6th place, ultimately earning $1,600 less than he had been offered under the terms of the original deal. Right after the Brit busted, the remaining five players instantly struck a deal.
