Jeremy Ausmus talked about his $7 million profit in hold'em tournaments

The real earnings of high rollers continue to be a subject of debate. Earlier, American regular Mike Matusow claimed that in reality few players have actually achieved success in tournaments, and the figures of multi-million dollar winnings are just a pretty façade.

In June, financial data on the Triton series was published, which showed that many high rollers are actually down by millions of dollars. For example, Isaac Haxton's loss amounts to $7.72M, despite winnings of $23.1M, while Artur Martirosyan ended up down $6.15M with total cashes of $15.53M.

Six-time World Series bracelet winner Jeremy Ausmus shared statistics of his performances in live No-Limit Hold'em tournaments in a new video on his YouTube channel. The data covers the period from 2011 to 2026. Ausmus explained this by the fact that before 2011 he played more online, and then for a long time preferred cash games. The American regular focused on tournaments only in 2019-2020.

According to these statistics, over the past 15 years Ausmus earned a profit of just under $7,000,000 with an ROI above 43%. The full data looks like this:

Jeremy Ausmus also admitted that the statistics do not account for the shares he sold and swapped. He noted that in various years the total amounts of such deals reached several hundred thousand dollars.

Ausmus did not publish his cash game results, since the app in which he tracked these statistics stopped working. However, the WSOP champion said he could share this data if he manages to restore access to it.
