Popular blogger Matt "Vegas Matt" Morrow has received a lifetime ban from the Venetian casino. The reason was his win of $400,000 on the Phoenix Link slot machine.
The Venetian management accused the FanDuel Casino ambassador of using professional gambling strategies. According to the casino, the blogger deliberately sought out machines with overloaded progressive jackpots in order to spin them with a guaranteed edge.
Security escorted Matt out of the hotel a few days after that win, but the public backlash only emerged now. The blogger himself, whose audience exceeds 1.6 million subscribers, categorically denies these accusations. He ironically suggested that the casino simply doesn't like to lose.
